Abstract

Developmental science is concerned with the development of a child and is my primary research area. In my presentation and along the key concepts “patterns”, “incrementality” and “multimodality”, I aim to show that studies on interactivity and dynamicity of social learning have great potential to inspire the field of Explainable AI. Being a PI and spokesperson of the Research Center Transregio 318 “Constructing Explainability”, I will illustrate how this inspiration materializes in concrete approaches and results for more social XAI.
